We offer multiple buildings, outdoor spaces, and flexible leasing options for your exclusive use to celebrate special occasions on the historic Linden estate in rural Essex County, Virginia. We are located at 11770 Tidewater Trail, Champlain, Virginia, 22438, and easily accessible from US HWY 17S, between Tappahannock and Fredericksburg, Virginia, in the Northern Neck area. 

The starting Weekday Lease Package includes:

–Exclusive use of five acres of Linden’s Grounds, a meticulously landscaped lawn space with numerous outdoor amenities, and separate parking areas.  Additional grounds and amenity details are available in Venue Details for Linden Grounds. 

–Exclusive use of the historical Linden Manor House OR the Event Banquet Hall OR the Carriage House for your event. Details on all three buildings are in Venue Details. 

– The Weekday Starting package allows up to thirty (30) guests for approximately six (6) hours in one (1) building with associated amenities. 

–Customized packages are available for multiple buildings, additional guests, additional time, consecutive weekdays, and overnight lodging (Monday – Thursday.)
